S’atsoyaha (Yuchi) and Mvskoke (Muscogee) Peoples — Athens, Georgia

I earned my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Oregon in June of 2023 and am currently a postdoctoral researcher for the Institute for Resilient Infrastructure Systems (IRIS) at the University of Georgia. My work with IRIS focuses on exploring Nature-based solutions as a way to address environmental issues. More broadly, I research public institutions and policies, with an emphasis on addressing distributional impacts and issues of inequity. In my free time, I prefer to spend the day lounging in the sun by a river.
